All pricing on this website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST.

 

Dispatch Timeframes

STANDARD ORDERS are made to order.
Due to the nature of our handmade products your STANDARD ORDER will be dispatched from Melbourne, within 15 working days of placing your standard order.

PRE-ORDERS
Due to the nature of our handmade products your PRE-ORDER will be dispatched from our Melbourne workshop within 4 weeks of placing your pre-order.

 

Shipping costs & delivery

AUSTRALIA – FREE Regular Postage via Australia Post  (2-7 Business Days)

INTERNATIONAL – Contact hello@roostersrook.com.au for international shipping.

 

The above timeframes are to be used as a guide only and will  commence from the date of dispatch. Rooster’s Rook will do it’s utmost to meet the indicated delivery timeframes, but is not held responsible for any delay caused by the postal service. If delivery is attempted and nobody is available to accept the parcel, in most cases it should be held at your local postal facility for a period of time. If you are not contactable and your parcel is unable to be delivered, it will be returned to us and we will then contact you to arrange alternate delivery.

Returns Policy

Rooster’s Rook does not offer refunds on goods due to change of mind.

 

We may only offer a refund if the product is faulty beyond repair or if an alternate colour in the same style is unavailable for exchange.  This will be evaluated on a case by case basis.

 

Please contact hello@roostersrook.com.au with your return query so that we can advise a unique Returns Authorisation Number (RA Number) & arrange for your exchange/ refund to be processed as soon as possible.

 

For Australian returns, all exchange goods must be returned within 7 working days from the date of receiving your purchase. Please include packaging with your return.

 

Please note that only returns who have lodged a return request & have been issued an RA Number will be accepted.

 

For faulty goods please email hello@roostersrook.com.au so that we can arrange for the faulty goods to be repaired or replaced as soon as possible. You will need to return items with all packaging. We will assess the fault upon return of the product and reserve the right to repair or replace. If the item is no longer in stock, a full refund will be issued.

 

In the case of an exchange, the cost to ship the new/replacement item out to you is the same as per our regular shipping structure. We recommend using Registered Australia Post Express to return goods to us, and we advise you to take note of your tracking number. Rooster’s Rook is not responsible or accountable for the loss of goods being returned.

 

Sale items will not be accepted for return, exchange or credit note.
